Switched over to bass for this day.

This happy couple enjoyed catching many bass and they were very hard fighting.

All fish from 7 to 20 ft.

All fish on jigs, water temp already down to 67, where we were fishing and dropping very fast.

The big cold front for northern Vilas County W.I. has just rolled in as this report is being printed

Water temps are dropping very quickly, some lakes over 10 degrees cooler in the last 2 weeks and this is going to continue as the next several nights are forecast to be very cold.

Fall is arriving fast this year.

The colors on the trees are changing fast as everyone up here is seeing, very fast.

Some openings in September and October.
