The trolling pattern is not changing, trolling is producing Walleye, Musky, Big Smallmouth, Pike and Crappie all over the north country. This happy couple caught these and several more Bass by trolling over the deep weeds, Bass after Bass came aboard and were released. Plastics and minnows produced the best. A fast presentation is working the best.

Walleye, mostly on a Crawler harness’s and certain crank baits, Musky, on several baits, big Smallmouth on certain stick baits and Crawlers. Make no mistake about it, TROLLING is producing. Trolling is simply another tool for the fisherman. Once understood, especially about speed and depth control, your next critical concept to your success will be presentation and color.

Again, thank you all very much for continuing to call for guiding. I am doing double headers to help all. Make no mistake, many of the guides are very, very busy, we are all grateful and we all enjoy helping others and working with people.
