This family enjoyed catching Crappie out of the weeds and used Crappie minnows to do it. We were in 6 to 13 ft of water and used ice jigs. Fishing different and smaller lakes is nice as there are no crowds and we do have ice houses on larger lakes where there are other people fishing but the small lakes preferred.

These Crappie were caught in the weeds around 9 ft deep and Crappie Minnows were used. 2 lb test, ice jigs, and a good hook set is all it took for these guys to enjoy another outing, great people supporting Vilas County Wisconsin.
