These big Perch and Crappie were caught on minnows and all were caught in shallow water above the weeds. Using minnows was only part of the success, the right color of the attractant is also a primary source for my clients success, just as certain plastics are producing as many or more Walleye than live bait or when 1/2 a Crawler hooked on a jig head in a very precise fashion, during the summer months replicates a Wiggler.

All fish not pictured above are still swimming.
