Fisherman,

Now that 90 % of all lakes in Vilas County are ice free and the remaining lakes will melt out in the on coming days, the 2020 Game fishing season is going to open with a bang on May 2nd.

No, not as normal but many, many people are going to enjoy this fantastic yearly event. In fact many of us fisher people have already been fishing for the past few weeks, mostly below certain Dams, Falls and other River locations (in or out of State,) with some on certain Flowage’s catching Perch and big Crappie. This happens every year.

My June, July and August dates are almost booked completely ,due to the reschedualing from May, many summer dates were previously filled. Much more to follow.
