Day 2.
Went out early this AM for a 1/2 day and did well, several Walleye landed and several missed strikes. These 2 guys are some of the finest, very polite, respectful, always laughing, wanting to learn more and constantly catching fish. Also, a note that should be recognized, they are outstanding family men with loving wives and children they have dedicated there lives to. My hat goes off to these 2 fishermen.
The bites we got were not as hard hitting as yesterday but, that is because we fished a different lake and finished early. A jig and minnow were used, a slow retrieve was used in this lake and I constantly monitor there retrieve and explain to them the structure they are fishing. This helps the client simply catch more fish.
This June and July of 2017 are completely booked for guiding, openings in August and September.
As always, stay positive, think clearly do not listen to negative talk and do not listen to negative people.
