This father and son truely enjoyed there day together like parents and childeren should, laughing, talking, joking around together, smiling and bonding for a life time, Awsome! My hat goes off to this family.

All members of this family also enjoyed the day catching Pike after Pike, chasing flags from Tip Ups. Shiners along a deep drop was this days best location. This pattern has been holding for a few days now.

Yes, our pattern is also “still holding” for our Perch fishing. Perch are being finicky but catchable and good sized ones are the result depending on location as some areas are all small fish. Now, several factors are coming into play for us such as color of our ice hook, small plastic tail or not and color of the tail, one wax worm or 2 on the hook, technique is paramount for how many we catch and then there’s your location and the list of important factors continue.
