CHRISTMAS DAY, A SPECIAL BIRTHDAY.

Record Lake (my nick name) again proves to be a unique fishery. This public lake with large black top boat landing has the diverse food source for “special quality” fish. The bite was strong and hard hitting. Wax worms are best for us. Ice houses on 3 lakes as of now and some are in deeper water and some in shallow. These 2 women are hard chargers and “no” is not in there vocabulary. My hat goes of to them, outstanding.

Wood piles are the main stay in this water as little or no weeds are present. “Ice conditions” are going to improve with the cold weather forecast, ( BE CAREFUL.) 1rst open guiding date is 01-17-2017.

As always, stay positive, think clearly do not listen to negative talk and do not listen to negative people.
