Blue Gill today.

These guys were awesome, laughing, joking around, having fun and getting away from the rat race down south, there words. If adults could ever be like kids, these guys were the best.

Had to switch over, dinner guests today.

The Gills are still going hot and heavy on the deep clear lakes. We Went to Trout Lk. today and slayed them. All on there beds, who knows how many boated, I quit counting at 42, at 10 AM, we kept 20 for the day.

Went thru 11 plastic replacement tubes. Went home at 1:30 PM.  1/32 oz. jig heads, 2 lb test.           All fish on plastics, no live bait. Water temp (where we were fishing) was 69.  All fish were in 1 to 3 ft of water. Throw it in and BANG!     No other words needed.

My clients are enjoying the happiness of the north during this time of year, as many, many other fishermen are also doing. Everyone involved is supporting our communities and business’s.
