So glad to see more and more fisherman using the Van Vliet lake boat landing and fishing the south end of the lake. Wax worms are best but, some Crappie minnows are also working. Our Pan Fish are in 5 to 9 ft and the occasional Pike on the Tip Up with Golden Shiners.

Everyone is fighting the slush on 4 by 4rs and snowmobiles but, seem to be getting where they want to go. No pics this season from my reports, just fantastic clients and there personal input.

Beware of the Golden Colored Dog that runs off the East Shoreline of Van Vliet Lk. this dog will run all the way across the lake, directly up to your legs and start growling and barking violently, If this happens to you call the proper authorities at once.
