Went out for 3 hours this AM. 2 locations. 10 ft of weeds and deep wood.

Both locations produced. Crappie minnows and Wax worms, under water camera was very exciting, as usual. Was leaving for a southern fishing trip 3 days ago but the trip got put on hold.

2 lb mono, no strike indicators, no spring tips and no bobbers, see the strike on the monitor and set the hook. May of 2024 is mostly booked some openings in June.

Did catch a Walleye and 3 pike on Tip Ups and yes I know, I said I was not going to use Tip Ups but, the fun of watching the flag fly after 50 years is still strong.

The current bite is also strong and a few kept for the frying pan.
