Using plastics for these Crappie was the answer, working tight to cover proved to be the best answer to catching them. We were casting, counting the baits down to the log pile and slowly retrieving. Dark red tails and orange jig heads were our best choice for today and produced the best, other color combinations also were working.

These people are proud to support the north woods of Wisconsin and are new property owners. Thanks, you two guys truly are great people.

All fish not pictured above are still swimming.
