Crappie Today:

Now taking reservations for September and October.

These fish were caught before the weather change this day and we used minnows and worked on a drop off where a weed line extends off the shore line. Slip bobbers were good and casting was also good for the methods used, the bite maybe changing with the cold front that has rolled in, although, the high water temps will only drop for a couple of days as the weekend is to be warm again.

All fish not pictured above are still swimming.

As many, many people are now learning how to catch summer time Crappie, I enjoy helping to create part of their happiness while they are visiting northern Wisconsin.
