PERCH:

The Perch bite is now on, for where we are fishing. Using pieces of night crawler on a jig worked well for this happy angler. As dozens of fish come into the boat, 90 % are released. The few that are kept are enjoyed for a fantastic meal.

Minnows also were working, slip bobbers are a good option to understand the strike. The occasional Musky shows up to remind us that the Perch are not alone.

Another great tourist supporting area business in Vilas County Wisconsin.
