As the bite continues to improve we are still producing our fish with a Jig and Crawler or A Jig and Minnow. Deeper water continues to be our working norm although, and this is not a curve ball but, the following info proves how most  lakes behave differently.

We trolled up our limit with minnow stick baits about 7 ft under the surface over 18 to 23 ft of water and the lures were about 150 ft behind the boat. More on that tomorrow. Say what you will but, that is how it happened. I am booked for guiding thru October, openings in November.
