CRAPPIE:

08 – 30- 13

These Crappie were all caught from the weeds, 2 days ago we caught them along the bottom and deeper, today there was nothing there. It’s common that these fish move but make no mistake about it, they move. This client was very happy to see such good fishing and was going to surprise her grand parents with a fresh fish fry tonight. It is also fantastic to see so many more women fishing these past couple of years.

We were catching Crappie inbetween the weed stalks and they were aggressive, hitting hard and holding on, this day color made no difference, we had 3 different colors on and they were pounding everything we put down to them, plastic, live bait and we even caught 3 fish on a plain jig with nothing on the jig, unreal how weather effects the bite.
