CRAPPIE:
08 – 31- 13
On this day we worked hard for these Crappie, perhaps the heavy thunder storms from the night before were the reason. We did produce several good fish and this family of 3 generations earned everyone of them. Grandfather, son and grandson, what a great team.
All our fish were caught on live bait, plastics were tried and had no effect, deep fish only were hitting for us, perhaps other people did well in other areas but we only produced deep. Color was again a factor as we only produced well on one color, you will need to experiment and find which color works best for your area.
