We switched back to Perch and Perching we went. Dozens of fish came aboard the boat and were released. They kept some for a fish fry. Even during the rain they kept biting.  The weeds were best for us and crawlers produce the most fish. About 5 to 9 ft deep.  Back to Walleye tomorrow.        I am booked for guiding thru October, openings in November.
