Not sure what the wind chill was Tuesday and Wednesday but “BRUTAL” comes to mind. The little snow that was on this lake all blew in around these ice houses completely cleaning the rest of the lake down to bare ice and now, these 2 ice houses are resting on bare ice.
Minnows worked best although wax worms did produce smaller fish. The mud flats are still the best answer although other people are catching Perch in different locations.
Great people, great fishing and the great North Woods of Northern Wisconsin, Awesome.
May and June of 2017 are completely booked, openings in July.
